This course is about strengthening water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) systems through improved utility performance. Utilities play an integral role in safeguarding public health. Utilities of the present and future have to professionalise and improve efficiencies to reach the most vulnerable, improve quality services, and respond to multi-dimensional challenges, but they can’t do this alone.
In this 4-hour course, discover what actions utilities can take themselves and what others can do to support them in enhancing their performance in delivering safe universal water and sanitation services through a systems approach.
